ProsPac Holdings is proud to celebrate 10 years of thoughtful development, lasting partnerships and continued investment in Hawaiʻi.

Founded in 2016 by the Chen family, ProsPac has spent the past decade developing residential, mixed-use and commercial projects that support livability, connection and responsible growth in Honolulu.

As ProsPac marks this milestone, the company is reflecting on the people, projects and partnerships that have shaped its first decade and looking ahead to the next chapter of its work in Hawaiʻi.

“Carrying forward the vision that my father started means being part of something greater than myself,” said Tony Chen, Director of ProsPac Holdings. “It is carrying forward a legacy that hopefully will positively impact generations to come.”

Over the past 10 years, ProsPac’s portfolio has grown to include Azure Ala Moana, a mixed-use residential community completed in 2021, and Kaliʻu Ala Moana, a boutique luxury condominium now underway in Kakaʻako.

As the company looks toward the future, ProsPac remains focused on developing thoughtfully planned spaces that support Hawaiʻi’s communities and contribute meaningfully to the places people call home.
