May 26, 2021Condominium tower set to welcome hundreds of residents in 2021
HONOLULU – Azure Ala Moana, LLC, a subsidiary of ProsPac Holdings Group, celebrated a construction milestone with the topping off of Azure Ala Moana, a 41-story mixed-use development located on the corner of Keeaumoku and Makaloa Streets. The project’s construction team, Albert C. Kobayashi Inc. (ACK), poured the final concrete slab last month and completed work on the roof today. Azure Ala Moana includes 330 condominium residences, 78 affordable rental apartments, over 20,000 square feet of commercial space and an outdoor public plaza.

Azure Ala Moana broke ground in April 2019 and is slated for completion in fall 2021. To date, the vast majority of Azure Ala Moana’s buyers are local residents. Sales have remained strong despite the pandemic, with nearly 85% of the residences sold.

Leading landscape architecture firm PBR Hawaii & Associates rounds out the project team that is creating an urban oasis for residents in Honolulu.
The first transit-oriented development (TOD) project approved under the City’s new ordinance, Azure Ala Moana is among the projects leading the neighborhood’s transformation that revolves around walkable and bikeable streets, convenience and cultivating a vibrant community.
