ProsPac Holdings is pleased to welcome Sumo AYCE Sushi to the ground floor of Azure Ala Moana, marking the all-you-can-eat sushi concept’s first Hawaiʻi location. Located in the former Debu space, Sumo AYCE Sushi is now open daily from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Guests can choose from an extensive all-you-can-eat menu, priced at $26.95 per person during lunch (Monday–Thursday) and $36.95 for the all-day menu, or opt for a la carte offerings. The restaurant features more than 40 sushi rolls, a variety of nigiri, appetizers, and all-day specials including salmon carpaccio, poke nachos, lobster garlic bread, and more.

Popular menu items include seared salmon and yuzu yellowtail nigiri, creative rolls such as the Chanel Roll, Lisa Lisa Roll, as well as shareable items like Korean fried chicken and crispy rice topped with spicy tuna. Specialty garlic breads, including bulgogi, crab, and lobster varieties, offer unique flavor twists. Desserts include vanilla mochi ice cream and honeydew or ube Melona bars.

All members of a dining party must choose the same dining experience, either all-you-can-eat or à la carte, and a 90-minute limit applies to AYCE service. Guests are encouraged to avoid leaving leftover rice, which may be subject to an additional charge.

Customer parking is available at Azure Ala Moana, with designated stalls for restaurant guests.
