Lobby at Azure Hawaiian high rise condominium

AZURE ALA MOANA

Located at the corner of Keeaumoku and Makaloa Streets, Azure Ala Moana is a new mixed-use high-rise community with 330 condominium residences, 78 rental apartments and over 20,000 square feet of supporting retail on the ground- and second-level.

Azure Ala Moana, a model of transit-oriented development, was completed in September 2021 and is now open to residents.

Kali’u-hallway

KALI'U

ProsPac's newest mixed-use development, Kaliʻu, includes a boutique luxury condo of fewer than 300 residences as well as 42,000 square feet of commercial space in Kakaʻako, expanding the neighborhood's vibrant retail and dining options. Its name, ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi for "well-seasoned", acknowledges the region’s rich history and famous salt-bed lands. In addition to new homes and commercial space, Kali‘u is estimated to deliver $500 million in economic impact, creating 237 net new jobs and more than $30 million in total state and federal tax contributions.
