Work is underway along Ala Moana Boulevard to advance critical infrastructure supporting the continued evolution of Our Kaka‘ako.

Aligned with the Kaiāulu ‘o Kaka‘ako Master Plan, the utility upgrades help prepare the district for future growth. ProsPac, as the developer of Kali‘u, is collaborating with project partners to complete these infrastructure investments and thoughtfully integrate them into the broader foundation of the neighborhood.

Construction activity began in March near OfficeMax on Ala Moana Boulevard. Although much of this work takes place underground, its impact is essential to the future of Our Kaka‘ako.
