From the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic to rising inflation pushing costs to an all-time high, families continue to struggle to put food on the table. One in 10 people in Hawai‘i face hunger.
The food drive by ProsPac Holdings provided more than 43,000 meals to families in need.
In an effort to nourish our ‘ohana during this critical time of need, ProsPac Holdings Group hosted a food and fund drive at Azure Ala Moana to help the Hawai’i Foodbank. We’re honored to share our contributions totaled $6,630.61 and 2,735 pounds of food to provide 16,535 meals. Together, with a $12,500 gift from ProsPac, our collective support for Hawai‘i Foodbank provided food for 43,410 meals for our community of families, keiki and kupuna in need.
As we move forward with our next project, Kali‘u, our commitment to this community and creating a brighter future for all has never been greater. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Hawai‘i Foodbank to help end hunger in our community.
